2019 KAHINI FASHION MODEL CONTEST INDEVIDUAL CATEGORY WINNERS

1. ELIGIBILITY
The Model Contest is open to all female residents of the 50 United States between the ages 15 and 65. Participants under the age of 18 must receive permission from their parents or guardian prior to entry. Employees and immediate family members of KAHINI FASHION and sponsors are not eligible.
Models who have an agency representation can participate only with permission from the agency, that any KAHINI shoots in the future will be non-agency shoots.
Only one entry per person is authorized, contestants entering more than once for the contest will be automatically disqualified.
2. EXPECTATION FROM CANDIDATES
The candidate must FOLLOW us on Instagram/ Twitter and LIKE us on Facebook ( KAHINI FASHION Boutique) so that you are aware of our updates about the contest.
Please be on time for all shoots, coaching sessions – there will be no exceptions or rescheduling.
Take care of the designs being worn for the photo shoot and fashion show. If there is significant damage to the designer’s item then they will have to pay for the dry cleaning or repair of the damage.
3.WINNERS SELECTION
The Model Contest finalists will be judged by a panel of expert judges on TBD, based on poise, grace, beauty and attractiveness of editorial photographs, confidence in walking on the runway, and an interview. The final round will be a public event for which tickets will be sold.
EACH CATEGORY WILL HAVE A WINNER.THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL BE CHOSEN OUT OF THE SIX CATEGORY WINNERS.
AUDIENCE CHOICE WINNER PRIZE IS THE SAME AS INDEVIDUAL CATEGORY PRIZE. IF THE AUDIENCE CHOICE WINNER IS THE SAME AS CATEGORY WINNER THEN THE RUNNER UP WILL BE THE AUDIENCE CHOICE WINNER.
4. EXPECTATION FROM WINNERS
Winners would need to be available for our catalog, editorial and film shoots for the next 12 months. These will be planned at least 2 months in advance.
Winners need to tag KAHINI Fashion on social media at least once in 3 months for 12 months or anytime they are posting pictures in KAHINI style or catalog pictures
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; RIGHTS OF USE; MISCELLANEOUS
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.
Kahini Fashion LLC reserves its right to modify or cancel all or any portions of the Model Contest because of technical errors or malfunctions, viruses, hackers, or for other reasons that corrupt the Contest in any manner. They also reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Model Contest entrant who fails to comply with these Official Rules, who attempts to enter the Contest in any manner or through any means other than as described in these Official Rules, or who attempts to disrupt the Model Contest or to circumvent any of these Official Rules.
All under 18 participants and their parents/legal guardians will be required to sign Liability and Publicity Release within 14 days of notification and prior to awarding the prizes.
Photographs and videos taken during the model contest become the property of Kahini Fashion LLC and can be used without permission in the future for other promotions or advertising.
6. CANCELLATION/ REFUNDS:
In case any contestant cannot take part after registering, 50% of the fees will be refunded till 6/30/2020. After 6/30/19, fees paid will not be refunded for no shows. It can be transferred to another contestant. Please contact us at info@kahinikreative.com with details.
