Yes, we offer all customers the opportunity to return their goods for exchange or store credit. If you have any problems with the items you received within 15 days, please contact our customer service and list the problems you have. If necessary, please provide some pictures. Once the problems confirmed, we will provide you the instructions to return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within 7 days, or a store credit will automatically be applied to account. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Return or exchange will not be accepted after 60 days of purchase.
