My credit card was declined, now what should I do? Most of the transactions are declined for the reason that the credit card bank does not honor the payment. At this time, we hope you could call your credit card bank to confirm and tell them to authorize the payment. Or you could contact our customer service for help if still not work. How will I know my order has gone through or not? If the orders go through, you will receive a confirmation email in 12 hours. (Please double check if the email has been to your trash or spam box) If you have not got the confirmation email in 12 hours, then please contact our customer service to inquire what happened. How to choose suitable size? We will offer you a size chart with bust, waist and hip size. You can choose the size according to our size chart. Is it safe to use my credit card online? We take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us. At our online stock, all payments are made using the most advanced technological systems and coding methods. We also supply VeriSign certificates and ATW for your safety. How do I know which items are in stock? Each day, there are many orders at our online store. Sometimes, the stock information might not be updated in time online. So if you need exact stock information, you could contact our customer service for the exact stock information. Just tell them the style and size you want. They will check and reply in 30 minutes. What if something I ordered is Out of Stock? Each day, there are many orders at our online store. Sometimes, the stock information might not be updated in time online.For us customer service is a high priority. In case one of your items is out of stock, we will send you options of similar items which are available by e-mail. In case you do not find anything suitable right away, we will give you store credit for that item within 24 hours. If you would like a refund instead, please contact our customer service and we will process a refund within 14 days Can I make a special request on my order, for example to have an item altered to fit me? Except for the customized items, unfortunately we can’t accept special requests on orders at this time. Will my personal information be kept private? We guarantee that all personal data will be kept private and confidential, and that we will never give out any of your personal data without your authorization. For further details check Privacy Policy. Can I cancel my order? You could cancel the order for any reason before we ship out the items. However, if the items already have been shipped out, you cannot cancel the order any more. But you may return it if you wish. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our Return Policy. How do I contact the customer service after payment was made? You can contact us via  Phone or email. All inquiries will be answered within 12 Hours. If you have not heard from us, please check your Spam Mail Or Trash Mail. How much is shipping cost? All orders sent via standard shipping to destinations within the contiguous United States are free for orders above $100. If your order is less than $100 then the standard shipping charge of $8 will apply within USA except the Alaska. An additional fee of $9 is applied to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO. Shipping takes 4-12 business days for delivery.  Guaranteed express shipping within the contiguous United States is available for $18 per order. Orders shipped using Guaranteed Express to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam are charged the original $18.00 fee, plus an extra $9.95.Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days for delivery. How can I track my order ? What is expected shipping time? Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment. If your order is sent via standard shipping, expect it to arrive within 7-12 business days. If your order is sent via Guaranteed Express shipping, expect it to arrive within 2-3 business days. You will also find your order details and tracking information on the Order History tab within the My Account section What is your exchange policy ? We strive to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience to all of our members. That’s why shipping, returns and exchanges are hassle-free. Yes, we offer all customers the opportunity to return their goods for exchange or store credit. If you have any problems with the items you received within 15 days, please contact our customer service and list the problems you have. If necessary, please provide some pictures. Once the problems confirmed, we will provide you the instructions to return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within 7 days, or a store credit will automatically be applied to account. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
